As an artist, DJ, entertainer or any part you play in your scene or artistic community, the most important thing to remember is quality over quantity. Having persistence is important. Don't mind numbers, but mind your craft and what makes you you. Stay true to that and chase what you desire, and it will come together. People will notice you, little and small. There may be dips and dives, but if you keep your head above the water and genuinely enjoy what you do, you will achieve what you strive for.

Build contacts, relations, and don't burn bridges. Patience is key."
